Motion passed by a 7-0 ORDINANCE NO. 1066, SERIES 1992 -MATTERNANNEXATION - 2NDREADING - PUBLIC HEARING Davidson opened the Public Hearing asking if anyone in the audience wished to speak for or against Ordinance No. 1066. NONE Davidson closed the Public Hearing. Davidson called for Council comments or questions. Howard moved that Council adopt Ordinance No. 1066 on second and final reading. Seconded by Sisk. Roll called was taken. Motion passed by a 7-0 vote. Griffiths read by title only Ordinance No. 1066, Series 1992, "An ordinance annexing to the City of Louisville, Colorado, property located generally west of S. 104th Street and south of Cherry Street, which is owned by George Mattern."
