APRIL 23, 1992 THE CITY OF LOUISVIT~ REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING The City Council of the City of Louisville met in Regular Session in the Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Davidson called the meeting to order at 7:04 p.m. and the following persons were present. Council Members: Margaret Hornbostel, Kevin Howard (7:26 p.m.), Rob Lathrop, Chuck Sisk (7:09 p.m.), Tom Mayer, Larry Hedding Staff Present: Annette Brand, City Administrator John Franklin, Dir. Comm. Dev. Tom Phare, Dir. Public Works Steve Baysinger, Dir. Parks & Rec. Nelda Mohr, Dir. Library Wm. Blankenship, Human Res. Officer Also Present: Susan Griffiths, City Attorney Maj-Lis Kemper, City Clerk Wm. Hesson, City Treasurer APPROVAL OF AGENDA Davidson called for any changes to the Agenda. Annette Brand, City Administrator, wanted to add to BUSINESS ARISING AFTER THE PREPARATION OF THE AGENDA, Economic Development Coordinator (new part-time position). She stated that for Items 5A and 5J, there was a memo at each Council desk from John Franklin asking for a change in the hearing date for each of those, from April 4, 1992 to May 19, 1992, and from May 5, 1992 to May 19, 1992. They will also need to be referred to the Planning and Zoning Commission. Davidson moved that Council approve the Agenda as amended. Seconded by Hornbostel. Seeing no objections to the motion, Davidson declared the Agenda approved as amended. APPROVAL OF CONSENT CALENDAR Davidson called for any changes to the Consent Calendar. NONE Davidson moved that Council approve the Consent Calendar. Seconded by Mayer. Seeing no objections to the motion, Davidson declared the Consent Calendar approved.
