CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />APPROVAL OF BILT~ <br />AUTHORIZATION TO OBTAIN BIDS FOR 1992 PAVEMENT MARKING <br />AUTHORIZATION TO OBTAIN BIDS FOR 1992 DOWNTOWN IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS <br /> <br />Davidson called for comments from the audience on any items not on <br />the Agenda. <br /> <br />NONE <br /> <br />REGULAR BUSINESS <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1072, SERIES 1992 - AMEND ZONING REGULATIONS TO <br />PERMIT CHILD CARE CENTERS AS USE BY SPECIAL REVIEWIN R-R, R-E, R-L <br />RESIDENTIAL ZONE DISTRICTS - 2ND READING - PUBLIC HEARING (PUB. <br />4/08/92 - LSVL. TIMES) <br /> <br />Griffiths read by title only Ordinance No. 1072, Series 1992, "An <br />ordinance amending Section 17.12.030 of the Louisville Municipal <br />Code to allow Child Care Centers in R-R, R-E, and R-L Zoning <br />Districts by special review." <br /> <br />Davidson opened the Public Hearing asking for a staff presentation. <br /> <br />John Franklin, Director of Community Development, explained that <br />staff, on the advice of the City Attorney, requests that the Public <br />Hearing be continued on this matter until May 19, 1992, and that <br />Council formally refer the Ordinance and the issue to the Planning <br />Commission for study and recommendation. This is based upon a <br />provision in the zoning regulations which requires these steps. <br /> <br />Davidson called for anyone in the audience who wished to speak on <br />the Ordinance and couldn't return on May 19, 1992. <br /> <br />NONE <br /> <br />Davidson moved that Council continue the Public Hearing until May <br />19, 1992, and refer this Ordinance to the Planning Commission. <br />Seconded by Hornbostel. All in favor. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 29, SERIES, 1992 - THE NRADOWS AT COAL CREEK <br />ANNEXATION <br /> <br />Davidson called for a staff presentation. <br /> <br />Lathrop asked to excuse himself from consideration of Agenda Items <br />5B, 5C, and 5D because of a property interest adjacent to the <br />subject property. <br /> <br /> <br />
