Howard:

Do any of the witnesses have any
monetary association with the liquor
store?

Ail witnesses replied "no".

Mayer:

(TAPE INAUDIBLE)

How many of the witnesses know the
applicant personally?

Lathrop:

Scott:

I don't have a copy of the petition
that has the signatures on it. Was
that an oversight?

Those have been pre-filed and I have
a report that I'll pass out later.
I believe the City Clerk has those.
May the lay witnesses be excused?

Davidson: Yes.

Peter M. Cudlip, Vice President, Louisville Plaza, Inc., 2101 -
31st Street, Denver, CO 80216.

Cudlip:

We are the landlord and have entered
into a lease with Brass Monkey, Inc.
for Unit A of Building B. It has
always been contemplated that we
would have a liquor store in this
building in that location to go
along with King Soopers. King
Soopers moved up their opening date
to May 21, 1992, from May 28, 1992,
to be opened for the Memorial Day
weekend. This is why the Brass
Monkey wishes to expedite the
license.

Scott:

Cudlip:

Have there been studies completed
concerning the need for the tenant
mix there, where the customer draw
might be from, typical traffic
counts per day/week, etc.?

Yes. The studies include about an
eight mile radius for the Center.
We systematically went through the
different uses that we could
possibly put into the Center. We
basically fulfilled all of those, if
the Authority chooses to go through

8
