Our studies show
approximately 2,500 people per day
will use the Center or about 75,000
per month.

Are there any estimates as far as
gross retail sales for the entire
shopping center?

Kmart is looking to gross at least
$16 million in their first year.
King Soopers projection is around
$400 thousand per week.
