Mayer:

infrastructure, which is not being
considered. If we're going to do
any kind of annexation, we must be
sure that the total system can take
the burden of that annexation. You
must have three things going: one,
as low a density as possible; two,
have direct ties to school
facilities; three, to ensure that
the pace of the housing coming on
line doesn't outstrip our
infrastructure requirements, i.e.,
that our water plant is close enough
to completion that we're assured
that the City can service all of the
new growth. If we can put
provisions in that to address these
items, then there is a chance. If
we can't address them, if we're
going to be forced into an
annexation process, I can guarantee
you that my vote will be for the
lowest density agricultural that
you've ever seen in your life. One
house for every five acres.

Because of the timing and what's
happening in Louisville, if you want
the project to have a chance, you'll
have to show how, when you make
money, it's an advantage to the
folks out there.

Wall:

We're here to listen. We would like
citizen input and to have another
Work Session to work through this.
We are concerned for the community.

Daniel Kelman, 311 South Taft Court, Louisville.

Kelman:

The plan in Louisville has simply
been that growth is good for the
past couple of years. I've only
lived here two years. In the last
two years I've seen incredible
growth. I don't have kids, so I've
not been involved in the school
issue. There is a comprehensive
plan in the works for growth. I
would hope that any comprehensive
plan that we talk about in growth
for Louisville would include issues

12
