We have no outlot along
that edge at the present time.

The frontage (widths) on lots 24 and
25 appear to still be substandard.
Is that true?

It's not true. We're addressing
that in our PUD and asked that be
considered as a lot.

As it stands right now, it's not
according to our normal frontage.

I believe it is.

The minimum frontage on a street of
any lot is 35 ft. The frontage is
measured at the front yard setback.
So, the lot would have to be wide
enough, measured at the front yard
setback to meet the standard for the
RE zoning.

Our front yard setback would be well
within the lot. The PUD would
address the access off of the
street.

At the Work Session you indicated
that there was going to be a number
of landscaping requirements to
buffet the property back to the
west. Is that still part of your
plan?

That's correct.

8
