WURL/HARPER LAKE WILDLIFE SANCTUARY <br /> <br />Davidson stated that Louisville has been named the "Safest City in <br />Colorado". He congratulated the Police Department and the City's <br />staff. <br /> <br />Lathrop comments of congratulation. <br /> <br />Howard explained that this was by a study of the FBI for cities of <br />over 10,000 population. He offered his congratulations. <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS - ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br /> <br />Jim MacLeod, 143 South Warbler Court, Louisville, CO spoke of his <br />concern about the increased air traffic that Louisville has been <br />experiencing from jets and prop planes at all hours of the day and <br />night. He asked that Council do something to have that curbed or <br />stopped. <br /> <br />Davidson commented that he contacted the Jeffco Airport Authority. <br />They don't control the air space over Louisville. There isn't <br />anything they can do. He also contacted Congressman Skaggs' office <br />and is waiting for a call back from him. <br /> <br />Davidson called for anyone else who wished to speak to items not on <br />the Agenda. <br /> <br />NONE <br /> <br />Davidson moved on the Regular Business <br /> <br />REGULAR BUSINESS <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 55, SERIES 1992 - NAMING THE SOUTH WATER TREATMENT <br />FACILITY, THE HOWARD T. BERRY TREATMENT FACILITY <br /> <br />Sisk moved that Council approve Resolution No. 55, Series 1992. <br />Seconded by Howard.
