of pocket expenses that will be
incurred by the City in the
transaction. I think you're asking
what the lawyers and the
underwriters are going to make. The
net present value benefit is
$280,000.00 today. The total costs
that we have built into the numbers
is $124,795.00. That would pay for
the underwriters and all of the
legal expenses, the printing of the
official statement, escrow agent
fees, and that sort of thing.

Susan Griffiths, City Attorney.

Griffiths:

For clarification, legal expenses
are those of the Bond Council.

Briggs:

Yes.

Griffiths:

Briggs:

There are some blanks in the
ordinance on first reading, and I'm
assuming that the aggregate
principle amount of the bonds, are
we filling those in on second
reading?

On second reading. These numbers
move around, as I stated. If we had
been able to complete the
transaction on Monday, the principal
amount would have been
$5,170,000.00, then I could have
filled that blank.

Sisk moved that Council place Ordinance No. 1084, Series 1992 out
for publication and set a public hearing and have a special Council
meeting on September 29, 1992. Seconded by Mayer. Roll call was
taken. Motion passed by a 6-0 vote.

RESOLUTION NO. 58, SERIES 1992 - NEODATA - FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT
AND FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT

John Franklin, Community Development Director, stated that this is
for the Neodata Services, Inc. project located within Homart's
Centennial Valley Business Park on the Centennial Parkway loop
road, generally west of McCaslin, Dillon Road extended, in the
southwest area of the Centennial Valley property. They request
approval of a 478,000 sq. ft. two (2) stage, mixed office,
printing, and warehouse facility. This will be their second
facility in Louisville. Homart is responsible for the Subdivision

5
