These include: <br />Leveraging the opportunity created by Superior Town Center <br />With its 1,500 new residential units the new Town Center is a great <br />opportunity for Louisville. Specifically, developing plans to create a sense <br />of place as one crosses over the new DDI into the McCaslin ! Dillon <br />Corridor would distinguish us from our neighbors. With landscaping, lighting <br />and some streetscaping — in conjunction with targeted marketing — this new <br />residential neighborhood, right on our border, could help us boost and <br />reinvigorate the McCaslin/Dillon area from the DDI to Cherry St. And from <br />West along Dillon to the big boxes and East to our rebuilt and newly <br />refreshed Coal Creek Golf Course, <br />10 <br />
