City Council <br />Meeting Minutes <br />Apnl 4, 2017 <br />Page 2 of 8 <br />RJ Harrington, 457 East Raintree Court, agreed with Ms Fahey supporting work on <br />climate change He noted his support for the Partners in Energy program. He suggested <br />the City create a goal for greenhouse gas reduction and a 100% renewable energy <br />goal, and look towards a 100% renewable energy franchise with Xcel in 2027. <br />APPROVAL OF THE CONSENT AGENDA <br />MOTION Mayor Muckle moved to approve the consent agenda, seconded by <br />Councilmember Keany. Attorney Light noted a revised version of Resolution 18 was <br />distributed on the dais and is included in the consent agenda. All were in favor. <br />A. Approval of Bills <br />B. Approval of Autonomous Vehicle Proclamation <br />COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON THE <br />AGENDA <br />None. <br />CITY MANAGER'S REPORT <br />City Manager Fleming stated Standard and Poor's gave the City a AA+ bond rating It <br />retains the rating from the 2004 library bonds and will keep our interest rates low. The <br />bonds will go on sale on April 11. <br />REGULAR BUSINESS <br />RECOGNITION OF MIKE FRONTCZAK FOR SERVICE ON THE TREE BOARD, <br />HORTICULTURE & FORESTRY ADVISORY BOARD, AND PARKS & PUBLIC <br />LANDSCAPING ADVISORY BOARD <br />Mayor Muckle noted his pleasure to recognize Mike Frontczak for all of his work with the <br />City through the Tree Board and its various later boards. <br />
