She stated that the Authority's decision must be based on the
evidence presented to it at the Hearing tonight and the legal
requirements set out in State laws. Under State law the Authority
must consider the character of the applicant, the reasonable
requirements for the neighborhood for this type of license, the
desires of the adult inhabitants of the neighborhood, and the
nu~er, type, and availability of other similar outlets in the
neighborhood.

Karen Mulholland, applicant, Karen's Country Kitchen, Inc., stated
that she has not done a survey and does not have an official
written survey of the neighborhood. She stated that by word of
mouth, everyone is so excited that they're doing the facility,
which will be used for a dinner house, Christmas parties, weddings,
etc.

Davidson called for anyone in the audience who wished to ask any
questions of the applicant.

NONE

Davidson called for any questions from the members of the
Authority.

Sis, k:

In your informal survey, has anyone
suggested to you that they did not
want you to have a liquor license?
