upon criteria.

Mayer:

Does the Homebuilder's Association
have an associated political action
committee?

Wilson:

We have the Metro Housing Coalition,
which is a political action
committee.

Mayer:

Did your organization contribute to
political campaigns in Louisville
last year? I think that the record
will show that they did. In fact,
substantial amounts of money.

Wilson:

I don't remember.

Mayer:

I think that the records will show,
as published in the Louisville
Times, that the Homebuilder's PAC
contributed $300.00 to the Mayor's
opponent and $300.00 to my opponent,
which in Louisville is big money.

Chuck Bellock, 1400 - 20th Street, Boulder, CO, asked if Council
would continue this Public Hearing, encouraging further dialogue.

Mayer wanted to get a sense from Council as to what they wanted to
do.

Lathrop:

I fully intended to vote against
this for the primary reason that we
haven't had an opportunity to really
investigate it. I'm fully in
support of continuing this.

Davidson:

At this point I remain unconvinced
that a fee raise is justified, but I
haven't had the adequate time to
study it in the detail that I would
like to.

Mayer moved that Council continue the Public Hearing until January
19, 1993. Seconded by Sisk. All in favor.

INg~RODUCTION: ADA TRANSITION PLAN FOR CITY FACILITIES - SET PUBLIC
HE;~INGS - 12/14/92 & 1/05/93

Howard moved that Council approve staffs request to hold Public
Hearings on the Transition Plan on 12/14/92 and 1/05/93 and to
authorize staff to issue the appropriate notices. Seconded by

5
