It's the distance between the top and the bottom of the <br />door and more. <br /> <br />Ali. in favor. <br /> <br />PROPOSED DRCOG RESOLUTION - COUNCILMEMBER HEDDING <br /> <br />Hedding stated that DRCOG presented a resolution and it was voted <br />that they wait until January to have a final vote on it. He wanted <br />Council to read it and get their input on this and give him some <br />direction on how to vote at the DRCOG meeting in January. <br /> <br />The proposed resolution was continued (One page of the resolution <br />did not get copied in the Council's packet. A complete copy of the <br />resolution was presented to each Councilmember for their review at <br />the end of the Council meeting.). <br /> <br />C~)SURE OF STREETS FOR THE PARADE OF LIGHTS <br /> <br />Davidson stated that this was for the closure of the Main Street <br />from Pine to Walnut from 3:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and Spruce Street <br />from the side of City Hall to Main Street from 2:30 p.m. to 10:00 <br />p.m. for the Parade of Lights. Also, Main Street from Rex to South <br />Street to Front Street, the official parade route. <br /> <br />Mayer moved that Council approve the closure of the streets for the <br />Parade of Lights. Seconded by Howard. He stated that recently he has had an <br />unusual number of contacts, calls, and discussions concerning the <br />Co~ncil meeting of November 17, 1992, concerning Paul Brooks and <br />his proposal. He was out of town at that meeting. He felt Council <br />needs to reflect on this past year and how they are perceived and <br />how they have treated, processed, and analyzed developments <br />primarily, and in some cases, individuals.
