Louisville City Council Meeting <br />March 16, 2004 <br />Page 10 ofl0 <br /> <br />Council member Marsella also reported the LHA has tabled the development of the South <br />Boulder Road property indefinitely, due to the high cost of engineering required. <br /> <br />Council member Clabots asked for clarification on the maintenance of the landscaping on <br />the McCaslin Interchange. Assistant City Manager Heather Balser stated that those <br />issues have been forwarded to the proper authority and will be addressed. <br /> <br />Mayor Sisk reported on the following scheduled meetings: · CDOT Meeting - Wednesday, March 24, 2004 <br /> · Northwest Corridor Committee meeting - Friday, March 12, 2004 <br /> · Highway 36 - Senate and House making decision on six-year bill <br /> · Library Committee Meeting - April 2 -Evaluation of cost <br /> <br />Keany reported on his discussion with Mr. Waldman and asked for clarification on the <br />conservation easement. He explained Mr. Waldman expressed his desire to have horses <br />in the conservation easement in the future. <br /> <br />Sisk voiced his concern with the land use in the conservation easement and stated he <br />would prefer to discuss this issue at a meeting that has been advertised. City Manager <br />Simmons stated that Mr. Waldman is scheduled to meet with the City Staff tomorrow. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />M0~T,IONL_Council.member Brown moved for adjournment (9:25 p.m.), seconded by <br />~t~~Ma~sella.
