The Superior Board of Trustees voiced concern that significant <br />progress has not been made on the IGA. They recommended that two Council <br />representatives from each community join Staff in their meetings to expedite the <br />discussions. Trustee Larry Kock stated Superior would like to discuss the issues to <br />proceed with the project. <br /> <br />Mayor Sisk stated he had discussions With Mayor Spence relative to the administrative <br />staffing cost of $317, 231. He viewed that as the impediment to the agreement, and noted <br />that was not a part of the original agreement. <br /> <br />City Manager Bill Simmons reviewed the number of joint meetings held between the <br />Louisville and Superior Staff members on the draft of the Interchange Agreement <br /> <br />Mayor Spence explained there were two IGA's in question, the Biella/Menkick and the <br />McCaslin Interchange IGA. She asked that two Council representatives be appointed to <br />join Staff in their meetings on the McCaslin Interchange IGA. <br /> <br />Mayor Sisk stated the matter was not an agenda item, and further discussion would be <br />inappropriate. <br /> <br />Ken DeVilbiss, Scout Master, stated the members of Boy Scout Troop 63 are earning the <br />Citizenship in the Community merit badge and would like to comment and make <br />recommendation on a hazardous intersection in Louisville. A Boy Scout member of <br />Troop 63 read a letter, which outlined their concern for the safety of the crosswalk on the <br />comer of Via Appia between Griffith and Lafayette Streets, and South Boulder Road. <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br /> <br />
