Resolution No. 5, Series 2008 - A Resolution Authorizing the <br />Delegation to the City and County of Denver, Colorado of the <br />Authority of the City of Louisville, Colorado, with respect to the <br />Issuance of Single Family Home Mortgage Revenue Bonds (the <br />"Bonds") to Finance Residential Housing Facilities for Low-and- <br />Middle-Income PEarsons and Families within the City and Certain <br />Other Cities and Counties in the State of Colorado; Approving <br />Such Bonds and ,Such Single Family Loan Program; and <br />Authorizing the Execution and Delivery of a Delegation and <br />Participation Agrc~ement and Other Documents in Connection <br />Therewith. <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br />Mary Kay Knorr, 1209 LaFarc~e Avenue, Louisville, CO addressed the Louisville <br />Middle School renovation and reviewed the history of the school's construction, <br />which was a WPA project. She stressed the importance of blending the history <br />of the school with the state-o~f-the-art renovation. <br />Kathy Valentine, 1101 Grant Avenue, Louisville, CO also addressed the <br />Louisville Middle School renovation and stated she represents a group who <br />supports a safe building alorng with preservation of the history of the building. <br />This group desires to work wiith the Design Advisory Team to meet all the goals. <br />Jean Morgan, 1131 Spruce ~>treet, Louisville, CO voiced her support for the <br />Boulder Valley School District and the Design Advisory Team. She also <br />represents many citizens who support preserving the Louisville Middle School's <br />historic facade. She invited citizens to contact her and sign a statement, which <br />asks for preservation of the school's facade and auditorium. <br />
