City Manager <br />Fleming would cover the Farrer's Market under his report. <br />COUNCIL INFORMATIONI~L COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON <br />THE AGENDA <br />Councilor Dalton addressed the historic preservation of the Louisville Middle <br />School and the demolition permits in Old Town Louisville. He felt it would be <br />appropriate for Council to consider a ballot initiative for historic preservation. <br />Mayor Sisk suggested this item be discussed at a future study session. <br />Councilor Muckle welcomed back Councilor Sackett to the Council meeting. <br />Mayor Sisk addressed the Conoco Phillips announcement to locate a training <br />facility in Louisville. He stated it is a very exciting opportunity for the City, and <br />the State. He stressed the importance of having US 36 funding approved. <br />
