',ONTINUED MEETING LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL APRIL 19, 1984 The City Council of the City of Louisville met in continued session in the Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Meier called the meeting to order at 8:01 P.M. M.S.T. There being present were the following persons: COUNCILMEMBERS: Rick Luce, Susan Morris, Robert Woodson, Betty Johnson, and Michael Cussen ABSENT: Councilman John Leary ALSO PRESENT: Leon A. Wurl, City Administrator Curt Rautenstraus, City Attorney John Rupp, Director of Community Development August Hioco, Director of Community Services Rod Lee:~man, Director of Public Safety Ann Trennentozzi, Library Director Cleo Mudrock, City Clerk CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT Councilmembers had a copy of the ordinance; ORDINANCE #825 - PARKS AND Attorney Rautenstraus read it by title only REC. SERVICE EXPANSION on second reading, public hearing and certi- PUBLIC HEARING fig°d proper publication. Mayor Meier opened the public hearing and Attorney Rautenstraus certified proper publication of the public hearing notices. Staff presentation - none. Any public comments for or against Ordinance #825 - none. Public questions - none. Council questions and comments - none. Mayor Meier closed the public hearing ADOPTION Councilwoman Morris moved, Councilman Luce seconded that Ordinance #825 - Parks and RE,creation Expansion Fee Increase be adopted. Roll call vote: Woodson Yes Meier Yes Cussen Yes Johnson Yes Luce Yes Morris Yes Motion carried unanimously 6-0. ORDINANCE #826 - INDECENT Councilmembers had a copy of the ordinance; EXPOSURE Attorney Rautenstraus read it by title only o~n second reading and certified proper pub- lication. ADOPTION Councilman Woodson moved, Mayor Meier seconded ghat Oridnance #826 - Indecent Exposure be adopted.
