',ONTINUED MEETING LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL APRIL 19, 1984 <br />The City Council of the City of Louisville met in continued session in the <br />Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Meier <br />called the meeting to order at 8:01 P.M. M.S.T. There being present were <br />the following persons: <br />COUNCILMEMBERS: Rick Luce, Susan Morris, Robert Woodson, <br />Betty Johnson, and Michael Cussen <br />ABSENT: Councilman John Leary <br />ALSO PRESENT: Leon A. Wurl, City Administrator <br />Curt Rautenstraus, City Attorney <br />John Rupp, Director of Community Development <br />August Hioco, Director of Community Services <br />Rod Lee:~man, Director of Public Safety <br />Ann Trennentozzi, Library Director <br />Cleo Mudrock, City Clerk <br />CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT Councilmembers had a copy of the ordinance; <br />ORDINANCE #825 - PARKS AND Attorney Rautenstraus read it by title only <br />REC. SERVICE EXPANSION on second reading, public hearing and certi- <br />PUBLIC HEARING fig°d proper publication. <br />Mayor Meier opened the public hearing and <br />Attorney Rautenstraus certified proper <br />publication of the public hearing notices. <br />Staff presentation - none. <br />Any public comments for or against Ordinance <br />#825 - none. <br />Public questions - none. <br />Council questions and comments - none. <br />Mayor Meier closed the public hearing <br />ADOPTION Councilwoman Morris moved, Councilman Luce <br />seconded that Ordinance #825 - Parks and <br />RE,creation Expansion Fee Increase be adopted. <br />Roll call vote: <br />Woodson Yes <br />Meier Yes <br />Cussen Yes <br />Johnson Yes <br />Luce Yes <br />Morris Yes <br />Motion carried unanimously 6-0. <br />ORDINANCE #826 - INDECENT Councilmembers had a copy of the ordinance; <br />EXPOSURE Attorney Rautenstraus read it by title only <br />o~n second reading and certified proper pub- <br />lication. <br />ADOPTION Councilman Woodson moved, Mayor Meier seconded <br />ghat Oridnance #826 - Indecent Exposure be <br />adopted. <br />
