<br />:EGULAR MEETING <br />LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL <br />APRIL 17, 1984 <br />The City Council of the City of Louisville met in regular session in the <br />Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Meier <br />called the meeting to order at '7:40 P.M. M.S.T. There being present <br />at the call of the roll the fol:Lowing persons: <br />COUNCILMEMBERS: Rick Luce, Susan Morris, Robert Woodson, <br />Betty Johnson, John Leary and Michael Cussen <br />ALSO PRESENT: Leon A. Wurl, City Administrator <br />Curt Rau.tenstraus, City Attorney <br />John Rupp, Director of Community Development <br />August H[ioco, Director of Community Services <br />Rod Lees~man, Director of Public Safety <br />Sharon P.,sti-Caranci, Director of Financial Services <br />John Laternman, Planner <br />Bob Carpenter, City Engineer <br />Cleo Mud'.rock, City Clerk <br />ABSENT: William Hesson, City Treasurer <br />APPROVAL OF THE CONSENT AGENDA Councilwoman Morris requested that item <br />9H - Track Inn - Liquor License Renewal <br />be removed from the Consent Agenda <br />Councilman Leary moved, Councilman Cussen <br />- seconded that the Consent Agenda be approved <br />_.,~' wit:h the deletion. Question called for. <br />A11. in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br />APPROVAL OF THE REGULAR AGENDA Councilwoman Morris moved, Councilwoman <br />Johnson seconded that the Regular Agenda <br />:be approved as submitted. Question called <br />for. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br />APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES :Mayor and councilmembers approved the minutes <br />of the regular meeting of April 7, 1984 as <br />presented. <br />APPROVAL OF THE BILLS Director of Financial Services Asti-Caranci <br />read the bills in the amount of $100,417.3. <br />Councilman Cussen moved, Councilman Luce <br />sec;onded that the bills be approved and <br />chE:cks issued for the same. Question called <br />fox-. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br />AUDIENCE COMMENTS Norie <br />GENERAL COUNCIL ITEMS Mr., Bill Womack, District Director for Dis- <br />R.T.S. - PARK & RIDE trict I, which included Louisville, stated <br />PRESENTATION thE~y were concentrating on the bus effort. <br />ThE,y have halted the light-rail system until <br />more information is obtained to benefit the <br />_, <br />
