Attorney Rauten- <br />straus advised that the application was in <br />order. <br />Mayor Meier opened the public hearing and <br />Attorney Rautenstraus certified proper pub-' <br />lication of the public hearing. <br />Pry°sentation by the applicant. <br />Rebecca Grace, 3005 Galena Way, Ms. Grace introduced her sister and co-owner <br />Boulder Colordo of Annie Rae's - Andrea Pearson. She stated <br />that she and her sister are from New York <br />State. She came to Colorado about nine years <br />ago when her husband's work brought them here. <br />Her husband, Walt, is Vice President of <br />Jerico Incubated Products Manufacturing Co. <br />They have 2 sons, David and Eric - ages 16 <br />and 14 and they have high hopes of self em- <br />ployment of washing dishes in Mom's restaurant. <br />She was a teacher by education, but not by <br />nature. Stated that she worked in more <br />
