°EGULAR MEETING LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL SEPTEMBER 4, 1984 _he City Council of the City of Louisville met in regular session in the Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Meier called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. and the following persons were present: COUNCILMEb1BERS: Rick Luce, Susan Morris, Herman Fauson Betty Johnson, John Leary and Michael Cussen ALSO PRESENT: John Rupp, Acting City Administrator Curt Rautenstraus, City Attorney William Hesson, City Treasurer August Hioco, Director of Community Services Sharon Asti-Caranci, Director of Financial Services Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety Polly Caranci, Deputy City Clerk ABSENT: Cleo Mudrock, City Clerk APPROVAL OF THE CONSENT AGENDA Councilwoman Morris requested that approval Remove Approval of the Minutes of the minutes be removed from the Consent Approval of the Regular Agenda Agenda and Mayor Meier requested that Approval of the Regular Agenda be removed as he would like to add an additional item. Councilman Luce moved, Mayor Meier seconded that the Consent Agenda be approved as amended. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. APPROVAL OF THE REGULAR Mayor Meier stated he wished to add Item 9 I. AGENDA New Lawn Moratorium-to the Regular Agenda. Mayor Meier moved, Councilman Cussen seconded that the regular agenda be approved as amended. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. APPROVAL OR CORRECTION OF Councilwoman Morris wished the wording be THE MINUTES clarified regarding the deceleration lane - should read the City Engineering staff did a study of this and it showed a deceleration lane was not the optimum choice for traffic going north then turning westbound on South Boulder Road and this same language be used throughout page 19 of the minutes. Mayor Meier moved, Councilman Luce seconded that the minutes be approved as corrected. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously.
