All in favor. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />SEALED BID - MARSHALL WATER Mayor and Councilmembers had a copy of the <br />SHARES sealed bid for Marshall Water shares. <br />Authorization to Sign Con- Councilman Fauson moved, Councilwoman Morris <br />tract seconded that the Mayor and Clerk be author- <br />ized to sign the contract for the Marshall <br />Lake water shares. All in favor. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br />Ed Deborski, 1898 Tyler Mr. Deborski stated thatr he was the owner <br />Building Permit Request of the Store and Lock on Courtesy Road and <br />was requesting a building permit for two <br />more storage buildings and they would not <br />require any water. <br />Discussion by council that commercial and <br />industrial building permits would be issued <br />on a one to one basis to deal with the <br />present water crisis. <br />Permit Granted Mayor Meier moved, Councilman Cussen seconded <br />that Ed Deborski be granted a building per- <br />mit for two additional storage buildings. <br />All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Patrick Fitzgerald, 1840 Mr. Fitzgerald stated that he was the owner <br />Commerce St., Boulder of Alpine Waters and was requesting Council <br />Water Use Permit Request restore his water use permit. He hauls <br />approximately 3,500 gallons of water per <br />day to various homes in the area and had <br />previously obtained the water from the City. <br />Denied Council denied the request because of the <br />current water crisis within the City and <br />suggested that he obtain water from one of <br />the surrounding cities. <br />L. F. Richmond, 2390 McKinley Mr. Richmond took exception to the recent <br />notice delivered by the Public Works Dept. <br />dated July 18, 1984 and questioned why he <br />couldn't wash his car but car washes could <br />continue to operate; he also admitted that <br />he was not observing the watering restrictions <br />as he did not want to lose his large lawn. <br />Attorney Rautenstraus stated that he had not <br />seem the most recent notice; but residents <br />could wash their cars during their regular <br />wagering hours, if the water is used to irri- <br />gate the lawn. <br />
