She expressed her concerns with the Fire District Board members, the meetings they conducted, and their actions. Dino Ross, 1201 Jefferson Avenue, Louisville, CO, attorney representing the Louisville Volunteer Fire Department, Inc. responded to the Louisville Fire Protection District Board Directors written comments submitted to Council at their August 17, 2004 meeting, and distributed written responses to the Fire District's restructuring. Peter Stewart, 1132 Jefferson Avenue, Louisville, CO, addressed the public access channel. He updated Council on the problems and equipment failure at the ComCast Cable TV channel station. He asked for City Council's intervention. Michael Deborski, 601 Pine Street, Louisville, CO, addressed the Highway 42 Revitalization Project and voiced his concern over the City's current position on public land dedication. He requested Council consideration of an amendment to modify the adopted framework and move the position of Caledonia Street. He distributed copies of his written request to members of the City Council. Doug Grinbergs, 530 W. Sycamore, Louisville, CO, addressed the new Library facility and voiced his concern over the building materials being considered for the new library. He requested the Council consider green spaces in the planning process. Alan Sobel, 1408 Kennedy Avenue, Louisville, CO, also addressed the problems concerning the public access channel and with ComCast Cable Company. COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA Council member Brown recognized Elle Cabbage and all the volunteers on the success of the Fall Festival. He addressed the issues raised under public comments relative to the Louisville Volunteer Fire Department, problems associated with the public access cable television, and the construction material for the new library. 2
