She expressed her concerns with the Fire District <br />Board members, the meetings they conducted, and their actions. <br /> <br />Dino Ross, 1201 Jefferson Avenue, Louisville, CO, attorney representing the Louisville <br />Volunteer Fire Department, Inc. responded to the Louisville Fire Protection District <br />Board Directors written comments submitted to Council at their August 17, 2004 <br />meeting, and distributed written responses to the Fire District's restructuring. <br /> <br />Peter Stewart, 1132 Jefferson Avenue, Louisville, CO, addressed the public access <br />channel. He updated Council on the problems and equipment failure at the ComCast <br />Cable TV channel station. He asked for City Council's intervention. <br /> <br />Michael Deborski, 601 Pine Street, Louisville, CO, addressed the Highway 42 <br />Revitalization Project and voiced his concern over the City's current position on public <br />land dedication. He requested Council consideration of an amendment to modify the <br />adopted framework and move the position of Caledonia Street. He distributed copies of <br />his written request to members of the City Council. <br /> <br />Doug Grinbergs, 530 W. Sycamore, Louisville, CO, addressed the new Library facility <br />and voiced his concern over the building materials being considered for the new library. <br />He requested the Council consider green spaces in the planning process. <br /> <br />Alan Sobel, 1408 Kennedy Avenue, Louisville, CO, also addressed the problems <br />concerning the public access channel and with ComCast Cable Company. <br /> <br />COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON <br /> THE AGENDA <br /> <br />Council member Brown recognized Elle Cabbage and all the volunteers on the success of <br />the Fall Festival.
