Louisville Local Licensing Authority <br />Meeting Date: March 31,2003 <br />Page 2 of 6 <br /> <br />CONSENTAGENDA <br /> <br />This Consent Agenda was <br />approved with the Minutes, <br />however, it is incorrect..The <br />correct Consent Aqenda is on <br /> <br />I~a_~e 2a. <br /> <br />The following items on the Local Licensing Authority Agenda are considered routine by the Authority and <br />the consent agenda as a whole shall be approved not as individual items, accepted, etc. by motion of the <br />Authority and roll call vote unless the Local Licensing Authority or Authority Member specifically requests <br />that such item be considered under "Authority Business". In such an event the item shall be removed <br />from the "Consent Calendar" and the Authority action taken separately on said item in the order <br />appearing on the Agenda. Those items so approved under the heading "Consent Calendar" will appear in <br />the Authority minutes in their proper order. <br /> <br />Renewal Application - Taj Mahall III, Inc. - Hotel & Restaurant Liquor <br />License - 1075 S. Boulder Rd. <br /> <br />Bo <br /> <br />Renewal Application - RT Denver Franchise LP (RT Colorado LLC & RT <br />Denver LP) d/b/a Ruby Tuesday #2169 - Hotel & Restaurant Liquor License <br />-994 Dillon Rd. <br /> <br />Modification of Premises - Clover Clan LLC, d/b/a Old Louisville Inn - Hotel <br />& Restaurant Liquor License - 740 Front Street. <br /> <br />Renewal Application - Carrabba's Italian Grill - Hotel & Restaurant Liquor <br />License - 575 McCaslin Blvd. <br /> <br />Member Wilson moved to approve the consent agenda under the condition that the <br />renewal application for Flatiron Discount Liquors provides a new lease. Member <br />Kimmett seconded the motion. Roll Call Vote: Lipton-yes, Koertje-yes, Kimmett-yes, <br />Mulvahill-yes, Wilson-yes. All members were in favor, motion carried. <br /> <br />AUTHORITY BUSINESS <br /> <br />Renewal Hearing - Byung U. Min, d/b/a Little Tokyo - Beer & Wine Liquor <br />License- 332 McCaslin Blvd. <br /> <br />Chairperson Lipton called the renewal hearing to order. She explained the <br />purpose of the hearing was to receive evidence to enable the Authority to make <br />findings and reach a conclusion as to whether there was sufficient evidence <br />proving the licensee violated one or more of the laws and regulations specified in <br />the Notice of Hearing, and if so, whether non-renewal of the licensee's license <br />was appropriate. <br /> <br />Attorney Mark Shapiro, representing the City of Louisville, made an opening <br />statement.
