When <br />the cottonwoods are removed, revised landscape plans for <br />this site will be presented to the Board for <br />recommendations. <br />VIII. OSAB and PPLAB Tiger Team Discussion: Mark and Dave will <br />be the PPLAB representatives along with OSAB's Mike <br />Schantz. It was brought to the Board's attention that future <br />tiger teams may be needed with the new Rec Board. <br />IX. Discussion and Prioritization on Capital Improvement <br />Requests: There was much discussion on many possible <br />projects/items to recommend to Council. Some of these <br />included Irrigation Clock Replacement, Median Renovations, <br />and Cottonwood Masterplan with continued discussion at <br />the next PPLAB meeting. Joe requested that the Board work <br />towards a plan for alternative sites for dog parks and DOLAs <br />which may result in CIP. <br />X. Agenda Items for Next Meeting: Continued discussion of CIP <br />recommendations, Highway 42 underpass design, and <br />operational budget. <br />XI.
