Open Government Packet: Aaron DeJong noted the inclusion of the 2018 City of <br />Louisville Open government & Ethics Pamphlet for review by all Committee <br />members. <br />2. Approval of Location for Posting of BRaD Meeting Agendas: On motion duly <br />made and seconded, the Committee approved the below list of posting locations <br />for the BRaD Committee meeting agendas: <br />City Hall <br />Louisville Recreation Center <br />Louisville Public Library <br />Louisville Policy Department Building / Municipal Court Building <br />Louisville City web site — www.LouisvilleCO.gov <br />3. Election of Committee Officers: On motion duly made and seconded, the <br />Committee appointed the following individuals to the respective positions set forth <br />opposite their names: <br />Mark Oberholzer: Chair <br />Shelley Angell: Vice Chair <br />Steven Erickson: Secretary <br />4. Community Business Meeting Discussion: Aaron DeJong reviewed for the <br />Committee the December meeting discussion suggesting that the Committee and <br />the Louisville Economic Development department consider scheduling a Louisville <br />community wide business meeting. Considerable discussion ensued among the <br />Committee, Mr. DeJong and public attendees. Topics / items discussed included: <br />Meeting format and location <br />Notice / Advertisement methods to get out notice / attendance to the <br />meeting <br />Time of Day — morning / breakfast, lunch or late afternoon — pro's & con's <br />Meeting Content (consider the following): <br />o State Meeting Objective: Seeking Business Community Input in the <br />Broadest Sense. How Can Louisville be a Better Place for Your <br />Business? <br />o Provide State of the City Summary (strong business environment per <br />sales tax / employment stats) <br />
