Transfer Application — RLJ II — R Louisville Co Lessee LLC AND IH <br />WL Acquisition Manager LLC d/b/a Residence Inn by Marriott <br />Louisville — Hotel and Restaurant Liquor License — 845 Coal Creek <br />Circle <br />Machado moved the Authority approve the transfer application. Scriggins <br />seconded. All in favor. <br />E. Transfer Application - RLJ II — C Louisville Co Lessee LLC AND IH <br />WL Acquisition Manager LLC d/b/a Courtyard by Marriott Louisville — <br />Hotel and Restaurant Liquor License — 948 W. Dillon Rd. <br />Lipton moved the Authority approve the transfer application. Scriggins <br />seconded. All in favor. <br />Police Department Reports <br />None. <br />Secretary's Report <br />Hanson noted City Council will be meeting tomorrow for preliminary discussion of <br />any possible changes to marijuana regulations within the City of Louisville. <br />Hanson reported there has been discussion of holding open government training <br />during or before an Authority meeting with Attorney Culley. Members felt it was a <br />good idea and will schedule it later. <br />Members were asked if they were available for the next meeting on March 26 <br />since it was during spring break. At least three members responded they would <br />be present. <br />Authority Attorney's Report <br />No report. <br />Authority Comment <br />Watson appreciated the reporting of the number of staff members who had <br />attended training on the renewal information. Scriggins agreed. <br />Adjourn — Lipton moved to adjourn. Machado seconded. All in favor. The <br />meeting was adjourned at 7:36 p.m. <br />
