What plans will be activated across the City and possibly County? <br />Module 2: <br />Mass Casualty, SAR, & Situational <br />Assessment <br />KEY FOCUS AREAS: <br />o Address the Threat <br />o Mass Care <br />o Search and Rescue <br />o Situational Assessment <br />o Environmental Response/Health and Safety <br />Situation/Issues <br />By 1:30 p.m., additional Officers from the Louisville Police Department, Boulder County <br />Sheriff's Office, and the Lafayette Police Department are on the scene, and are <br />reporting no gunfire heard. <br />Officers report students, facility and staff are continuing to flee from the school as <br />others, including the news media are arriving at the school. <br />Other Fire and EMS personnel are treating individuals at a make -shift triage area <br />located near the school. <br />5 <br />
