REVENUE PROJECTION DASHBOARD — PROJECTIONS DATED JULY 6, 2018 Finance Director Kevin Watson presented the dashboards and highlighted the revised projections provided by the Planning & Building Department, Parks & Recreation Department, and the Public Works Department. FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR THE QUARTER ENDED JUNE 30, 2018 Finance Director Kevin Watson presented the quarter -end financial statements for the City's ten main operating funds. Director Watson stated that graphs have been added to the reports for each fund and asked the Finance Committee for feedback. Finance Committee Member Mayor Muckle and Member Maloney stated they liked the addition of the graphs. C-I-P REPORT FOR THE QUARTER ENDED JUNE 30, 2018 Accounting Manager Cara Golden presented the report noting that the budget column includes budget amendments through June 30, 2018, the YTD expenditures column is updated through June 30, 2018, the separate Carry Forward column reflects any budget amounts carried forward from a prior year, and the updated cost estimates column, which has been provided by the "owners" of each project. Ms. Golden stated that the Notes column includes project information collected by the City Manager's Office. 5
