RESOLUTION NO. 14 <br />SERIES 2018 <br />A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A REQUEST FOR A SPECIAL <br />REVIEW USE TO ALLOW AN EXTERIOR COLUMBARIUM (CEMETERY) <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville Planning Commission an <br />application for approval of a request for a final Special Review Use (SRU) to allow an <br />exterior columbarium (Cemetery) at 506 Via Appia; Lot 1, Louisville Lutheran Church <br />Subdivision; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Staff has reviewed the information submitted and found that <br />the application complies with the Louisville zoning regulations and other applicable <br />sections of the Louisville Municipal Code; and; <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has considered the application at a duly <br />noticed public hearing on October 11, 2018, where evidence and testimony were entered <br />into the record, including the findings in the Louisville Planning Commission Staff Report <br />dated October 11, 2018. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado does hereby recommend approval of a request for a Special Review <br />Use to allow an exterior columbarium (Cemetery Use) at 506 Via Appia; Lot 1, Louisville <br />Lutheran Church Subdivision with the following conditions: <br />1. Prior to the City Council hearing, the plan shall be updated with a note stating <br />any new or relocated lighting shall be full cut-off, mounted below the top of the <br />screen wall, and turned off each night by 9:00 pm. <br />2.
