Later Owners
The next owners, starting in 1968, were Roger R. and Virginia I. Joseph. In 1972, Virginia
Joseph conveyed her interest in the farm to Roger Joseph, who created a trust for the
property. In 1985, Roger R. Joseph, Trustee, conveyed the property to Spruce Street
Joseph Ltd. and it eventually became associated with the Spruce Lane development. In
1987, John H. Hansen and Nancy E. Raisler purchased the house. The Boulder County
Assessor's Office still lists them as the current owners.
Sources
The preceding research is based on a review of relevant and available online County property records,
census records, oral history interviews, and related resources, and Louisville directories, newspaper
articles, maps, files, obituary records, survey records, and historical photographs from the collection of
the Louisville Historical Museum.
