Peter Enrietto died in 1970. In 1974,
Laura Enrietto sold 525 Lincoln to Louisville realtor Eva Brock. Laura Enrietto died in 1980.
Directories for 1966 and 1974 show that the house was being rented to Mrs. Martha Ryan. This
is believed to refer to Martha Landolt Ryan (1901-1998), who was widowed in 1957 when her
husband passed away in Louisville. Records show that like Laura Enrietto, from whom she
would have rented 525 Lincoln, Martha Ryan worked at the Hacienda Restaurant at 808 Main.
Later Owners
Following the ownership of 525 Lincoln by Peter and Laura Enrietto, local realtor Eva Brock
owned the house. She is believed to have rented it out. The 1977 Polk Directory listed Dale
Eberharter as being a resident of 525 Lincoln, while the 1979 Polk Directory listed Donald D.
Dunning as residing in the house.
In 1979, Eva Brock sold 525 Lincoln to Richard and Norma Trevino. They resided in the house
beginning in about 1980 and are still listed as being the owners of record.
The preceding research is based on a review of relevant and available online County property records, census
records, oral history interviews, Louisville directories, and Louisville Historical Museum maps, files, and obituary
records.
5
