They are the owners of Wildwood Guitars at <br />804 Main St. in Louisville, having opened the store in 1984. They sold the house in 1995. <br />Current Owners: Adlfinger Family Ownership, 1995-present <br />Scott and Lois Adlfinger purchased 1024 Jefferson in 1995. They are the owners of <br />Louisville Cyclery, which is Boulder County's longest single -owned bike shop. It opened <br />in 1980 and is located at 1032 South Boulder Rd. in Louisville. <br />Lois Adlfinger has stated that the bathroom, including its fixtures, and the coal chute in <br />the basement were original to the house. She stated that the detached two -car garage <br />allowed one to drive in the front from Jefferson Ave. and out the back through the alley. <br />According to Lois Adlfinger, the Mesples added the wood shingles to the house during <br />their ownership of 1981-1995. <br />Unique Features of This House <br />The owner who had 1024 Jefferson built having been a prominent coal mine operator, <br />this house had amenities that most other houses in Louisville didn't have.
