Report (attached) with the Louisville City Council every January for the previous years activities. The <br />report will not be filed until February since the Authority did not have a December meeting and only <br />meet once a month. The report must contain: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />Foreword explaining the purpose of the Local Licensing Authority and when it was <br />established. <br /> <br />2) List of the Members of the Authority <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />Training: description of any training provided during the year for the Authority or <br />License holders <br /> <br />4) <br /> <br />Action Items: Description of actions taken by the Authority during the past year on <br />liquor licenses <br /> <br />5) <br /> <br />Future Items: what the Authority has planned for the next years activities such as on <br />going training for license holders, working with the police department in development of <br />a community awareness group, etc. <br /> <br />Morris suggested that the Authority review the dratt report and call the Secretary to the Authority with <br />any changes by Wednesday, February 1, 1995. <br /> <br />Jeffers requested that under "Future Items" that the wording" .... to investigate all violations of the State <br />Liquor and Beer Codes and Louisville Municipal Code," be added to this section. <br /> <br />ELECTION OF OFFICERS FOR 1995 <br /> <br />Morris called for nominations from the floor for Chairperson and Vice-Chairperson. <br /> <br />SECRETARY'S REPORT <br /> <br />Training sessions have been scheduled for Sunday, February 26, 1995, at 9:00 a.m. and Wednesday, <br />March 1, 5:00 p.m.. Leo Bellio, Colorado Department of Liquor Enforcement will handle the training <br />sessions and has asked that the Authority members and Attorney be invited to attend both training <br />sessions. The training sessions will last approximately 2~A hours, the last half hour with a police officer <br />from Louisville to answer any questions and to stress that the police department is here to serve them <br />and the importance of calling if they have any problems or questions. A letter will be sent out to all <br />license holders stressing the importance of attendance and that potential license holders will also be <br />invited (Applebee's and Denny's). <br /> <br />On future police reports the person(s) who reported the incident or if unknown will be placed on the <br />report for the Authority's information and whether alcohol was involved (serving to someone <br />intoxicated or if the individual came into the establishment intoxicated). <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br /> <br />
