Evaluation Rating Scale <br />1. UNSATISFACTORY - Performance falls substantially short of job requirements. <br />2. MARGINAL - Performance does not meet an acceptable level in some areas. <br />Improvement is needed. <br />3. FULLY SATISFACTORY - Has performed at a fully satisfactory level, meets the <br />requirements of the job in all respects, and occasionally exceeds job <br />performance standards. <br />4. DISTINCTIVE PERFORMANCE - Performance is significantly better than <br />average. Performance consistently exceeds standards. <br />5. OUTSTANDING - Exceptional performance of unusually high caliber. <br />Remarkable achievement and pacesetting performance. <br />N/O represents "no opinion" or "no observation" of performance. <br />
