I need a clarification on that.

I bought the BoBo China Restaurant from another Chinese and they transferred
the license to me.

If the City of Louisville Licensing Authority had a class to help owners or
managers in the liquor licensing, would you agree to take that class?

Yes, we would attend liquor license classes sponsored by the City of Louisville.

What are you plans for training your employees, how are you going to transfer you
knowledge on to your employees?

I will hire experienced bartender and employees and I will use my previous
experience to teach the employee how to serve the liquor, especially regarding
checking I.D.'s first, will train the employees how to visually identify someone who
is intoxicated so that they will not be served.

How often xvill you train your employees, once, twice a year?

We will provide training to the employees approximately one week before we open
and we will train new employees before they are allowed to serve alcohol.

Nh-. Cheng has inquired of our office of where he can find some of those training
courses and we have directed Nh-. Cheng various organizations.

Mrs. Cheng is noted as the manager, but there is no manager's registration form on
file.

Mrs. Cheng was to be the manager, but since Mr. Cheng is the primary owner of
the business and will be on site more often it was felt that he should be named
manager. A signed manager's registration form was to be provided this evening.

There is an area indicated on the floor plan called patio is that interior space?

Outside.
