City Council <br />Meeting Minutes <br />March 5, 2019 <br />Page 2 of 13 <br />Chris Schmidt, 377 Jackson Circle representing the Fire District Board, stated the board <br />has finished a new comprehensive plan which covers staffing and other initiatives The <br />District will be seeking a mill levy increase on the ballot in November A citizen advisory <br />committee will be formed to examine the plan and determine the amount of the request. <br />Nancy Holloway and Kim Echols, Louisville Community Food Bank, stated they have <br />served the community for 40 years. The food bank is now renting space in the basement <br />of the Methodist church They have approximately 170 households signed up and other <br />households receiving supplemental quarterly food deliveries Ms. Holloway stated they <br />are separate from the Methodist Church They are looking for a new space and hoped the <br />City can help them find a new facility <br />APPROVAL OF THE CONSENT AGENDA <br />MOTION Mayor Muckle moved to approve the consent agenda, seconded by Mayor Pro <br />Tem Lipton All in favor <br />A.
