Planning Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />July 10, 2008 <br />Page 4 of 14 <br />Loo stated her support for the request and her concerns regarding the traffic at the <br />Louisville Middle School. <br />Loo moved and Pritchard seconded a motion to approve Resolution No. 11, Series <br />2008 with a 5th condition that the applicant will enter into an agreement with the <br />Louisville Middle School stating the drop-off and pick -off of their enrollees will not <br />interfere with the Louisville Middle School schedule. <br />Sheets, Lipton and Russell discussed the requested 5th condition and it not being <br />needed for approval. <br />Loo withdrew the condition.
