Motion passes by voice vote. <br /> <br />Approval of Minutes: <br />Stuart moves and Ewy seconds a motion to approve the August 21, 2019 minutes. <br />Motion passes by voice vote. Board members Koepke, Mihaly, and Cooper abstain from <br />voting because they were not present for the August 21, 2019 meeting. <br /> <br />Public Comments on Items not on the Agenda: <br />None heard. <br /> <br />Regular Business: <br /> 940 McKinley Avenue (Case # VAR-0276-2020): Request for a variance from <br />the Old Town Overlay maximum floor area standard of 2,799SF to allow <br />3
