He continued that Wahoo's provides a nice environment for families and that he
looked forward to them being in Louisville.

The next witness stated his name and address, Mark-Minter, 688 W. Sagebrush, Louisville,
Colorado.

The Deputy City Clerk asked the witness to raise his right hand and proceeded with the oath.
"Do you solemnly swear or affirm under penalty of perjury that the testimony you are about to
give will be the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth."

Mr. Minter: Yes.

Mr. Minter stated that he has eaten at area Wahoo's and that it is a quick service restaurant. He
stated his doubt that anyone hav!ng a meal at Wahoo's would consume more than one or two
beers. Mr. Minter commented that Wahoo's Fish Taco offers fresh, organic style Mexican food
and that he was in favor of their liquor license application. He concluded that because there are
no houses within a half a mile of the restaurant, he felt there would be no increased jeopardy to
the residents of Louisville by granting Wahoo's a liquor license.

The next witness stated her name and address, Kristen Solomon, 656 W. Sandlewood Court,
Louisville, Colorado.

The Deputy City Clerk asked the witness to raise her right hand and proceeded with the oath.
"Do you solemnly swear or affirm under p_e_nalty of perjury that the testimony you are about to
give will be the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth."

Ms. Solomon: Yes.

Ms. Solomon stated that her husband and children often dine out with friends and that the adults
often enjoy having a beer with their meal,- She stated that they are excited to have Wahoo's Fish
Taco in Louisville and she supports their application for a liquor license.

The next witness stated her name and address, Meg Heithcock, 932 Sunflower Street, Louisville,
Colorado.

The Deputy City Clerk asked the witness to raise her right hand and proceeded with the oath.
"Do you solemnly swear or affirm under penalty of perjury that the testimony you are about to
give will be the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth."

10
