Sagebrush Drive,
Louisville, Colorado.

The Deputy City Clerk asked the witness to raise her right hand and Proceeded with the oath.
"Do you solemnly swear or affn'm under penalty of perjury that the testimony you are about to
give will be the truth, the whole troth, and nothing but the truth."

Ms. Minter: Yes. -

Ms. Minter stated that she eats at Wahoo's Fish Taco often and that she is in favor of their liquor
license application. ~

Chairperson Myers asked if any members of the Authority had questions of the applicant.

Member Jeffers referred to the applicant's menu, specifically a "triple threat" margarita listed
with an asterisk and asked Mr. Donnelly to explain what that meant. Mr. Donnelly responded
that the asterisk denotes to drink with caution.

Member Evans asked the applicant to describe how patrons will be purchasing liquor and what
types of controls will be in place to monitor the seating areas. Mr. Donnelly stated that patrons
purchase alcoholic beverages at the service counter. He continued that sale of alcohol represents
less than 5% of their sales and that their main business is selling food and making liquor
available to compliment the food. Mr. Donnelly stated that Wahoo's company policy is to card
anyone appearing under 30 years old. Additionally, staff is always present in the seating areas
delivering food and bussing tables.

Chairperson Myers asked for clarification of the "plaza" area. indicated on the applicant's
diagram. Mr. Donnelly stated that the plaza is located outside of their fenced patio area and is
situated between Wahoo' s Fish Taco and their neighbor. Chairperson Myers asked if there was a
gate leading from their patio to the plaza. Mr, Donnelly responded that there is an exit gate that
leads to the sidewalk. He c6ntinued that the Louisville Building Department requires two
emergency exits from the restaurant, one being the main front door and the second being the
door to the patio. If patrons were exited to the patio in an emergency there would need to be an
exit off of the patio area. -

Member Jeffers asked if the patio gate was armed with an alarm system. Mr. Donnelly stated the
gate would be armed. Jeffers indicated that, based on the diagram, there would be a 3' high,
painted steel fence around the patio. Mr. Donnelly concurred.

11 I
