Louisville Local Licensing Amhority Meeting Date: July 31, 2000 Page 8 Chairperson Myers closed the public hearing and asked for member discussion and comments. ChairpersOn Myers commented that a date needed to be established for submission of the additional Individual History applications and fingerprinting. Mr. Weigand requested the Authority set the deadline as August 8, 2000. Member Jeffers moved that the Local Licensing Authority of the City of Louisville find that the applicant is of good moral character, that the inhabitants of the neighborhood desire the license be granted, that the license will meet the reasonable requirements of the neighborhood, that all City and state law reqtiirements have been met and that, based on these findings, the Local Licensing Authority approve issuance of a hotel and restaurant license for The-Noodle Shop Co. - Colorado, Inc., doing business as Noodles & Company, expressly contingent upon submission of Individual History Records and fingerprint cards by August 8, 2000, and satisfactory review of the same for the following officers and directors of The Noodle Shop Co., Inc.: Joseph Serafin; Robert Serafin; WilliamBrodbeck; David Mahon; and Phil Walton, and that the Authority be provided, when available, with a copy of theY~levant documents indicating the term of the lease. Chairperson Myers offered a friendly amendment that the motiOn also state that reports on the Individual History Records and Fingerprinting must be received by the Authority prior to the applicant selling or serving alcohol, and that the lease documents may be-provided to the Authority after the intended opening date of August 16, 2000. Ch~rperson Myers seconded the motion. Roll Call Vote: Turner - yes, Evans - yes, Myers - yes, Jeffers - yes. All members were in favor, motion carried. Bo Public Hearing --lq~w Application - Baja in the Rockies, LLC. d/b/a Wahoo's Fish Taco - Hotel & Restaurant Liquor License - 1148 W. Dillon Road, Unit L. Authority Chairperson Myers opened the public hearing on the application for a Hotel and Restaurant Liquor License at 1148 West Dillon Road, Unit L, under the business name of Wahoo's Fish Taco. Deputy City Clerk Bolte stated that the application is for a Hotel and Restaurant Liquor License and that copies of the entire application were provided to each Authority member. Fingerprint reports are already on file with the state. Public notice of this hearing has been posted and published in accordance with state law. The Deputy City Clerk reported that based upon the information received the application is complete and she was not aware of any reason that would require the Authority to deny the application. Chairperson Myers asked if there were any member disclosures. None stated. Chairperson Myers Stated that the Authority previously set the boundaries of the neighb_Qrhood for the license as the current boundaries of the City of Louisville and asked if anyone present objected.
