Posted in City Hall, Public Library, <br />Recreation Center, and the Courts and Police Building and mailed to surrounding property <br />owners and property posted on June 3, 2016. <br />Staff Report of Facts and Issues: <br />Robinson presented from Power Point: <br />• Located in CTC at the southwest corner of Highway 42 and 104th Street in the northeast <br />corner of the Colorado Technology Center. <br />• Property zoned PCZD-C <br />• Requesting to rezone to PCZD-1 <br />• Governed by Business Center at CTC General Development Plan <br />• When property was first annexed in Louisville, it was zoned Commercial Business (CB). <br />When the Business Center at CTC GDP was approved in the early 1990s, it was <br />rezoned to PCZC-C. There were originally three parcels in that GDP zoned commercial. <br />Property to the south rezoned to PCZC-1 in 2015. <br />• CDDSG currently applies. The rest of the industrial properties are governed by IDDSG. <br />Along with rezoning, the applicant requests IDDSG to apply if approved. <br />• North end of CTC along Highway 42 are either zones P-1 or P-C and the CDDSG apply. <br />
