We anticipate it will be presented at the <br />January PC meeting. <br />O'Connell makes a motion to continue Medtronic PUD/Plat: A request for an amended <br />Planned Unit Development and Subdivision Plat for a 40,000 SF office addition, increase in <br />parking area and revised drainage plan to the January 12, 2017 meeting, seconded by <br />Brauneis. Voice vote and motion approval. <br />➢ Clementine Preliminary PUD/Preliminary Plat: A request for a preliminary plat and <br />preliminary planned unit development (PUD) for 44 townhome units on 3.6 acres. <br />• Applicant: Louisville Gateway, LLC (Mike Jones and Mike Eisenstein) <br />• Owner: Mike Jones and Mike Eisenstien <br />• Representative: Hartronft Associates (Erik Hartronft) <br />• Case Manager: Rob Zuccaro, Planning & Building Safety Director <br />Staff Report: <br />Zuccaro says Clementine Preliminary PUD/Preliminary Plat proposal requests a continuance <br />so the applicant can get additional feedback from Parks and Open Space Boards. We anticipate <br />it will be presented at the January PC meeting. <br />Motion made by Brauneis to continue Clementine Preliminary PUD/Preliminary Plat: A <br />request for a preliminary plat and preliminary planned unit development (PUD) for 44 townhome <br />units on 3.6 acres, seconded by Sheets. Voice vote and motion approval. <br />Planning Commission Comments: None. <br />Staff Comments: <br />Zuccaro speaks on the McCaslin Small Area Plan. CC has held three review sessions, with the <br />last being held on Tuesday, December 6, 2016.
