None <br />APPROVAL OF THE CONSENT AGENDA <br />City Council <br />Meeting Minutes <br />June 16, 2020 <br />Page 2 of 13 <br />Mayor Stolzmann called for changes to the consent agenda. Hearing none she asked for <br />a motion to approve the consent agenda. Councilmember Lipton moved to approve the <br />agenda; seconded by Councilmember Fahey. All in favor. <br />A. Approval of Bills <br />B. Approval of Minutes: May 26, 2020; May 28, 2020; June 2, 2020 <br />C. Approval of Special Meetings on July 21, 2020 and July 23, 2020 <br />D. Approval of Resolution No. 46, Series 2020 — A Resolution Approving a <br />Consent Agreement Regarding Use of Simple, Non -Compounding <br />Annual Interest Rate for Reimbursement Payments Pursuant to the <br />Southern Water Supply Project Allotment Agreements <br />COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON THE <br />AGENDA <br />None. <br />CITY MANAGER'S REPORT <br />City Manager Balser thanked staff for their work on the outdoor dining program on Main <br />Street. <br />REGULAR BUSINESS <br />BOULDER COUNTY PUBLIC HEALTH UPDATE ON COVID-19 <br />Jeff Zayach, Director of Boulder County Public Health (BCPH), stated we will be in this <br />phase of social distancing and precautions until there is a vaccine available. He noted <br />new information is coming daily but much is a guess based on the current data. He stated <br />there has been an outbreak this week in Boulder. Contract tracing is starting and they are <br />working to keep it under control. <br />He reviewed the components that are helping us move to the next stage: 1) Testing has <br />been increased greatly and will soon be available for those that are asymptomatic; 2) <br />Case investigation and contract tracers are working; this is key to controlling the disease. <br />3) Surveillance and monitoring is now in place for tracking at the local and state level. <br />
