Debra Berkelhammer — Items found in her basement in <br />downtown Louisville relating to the Thompson family, including <br />school items. <br />6. Karen Maddock — photos showing past Labor Day parades <br />and children's storytime at the Louisville Public Library when it <br />was located at 950 Spruce St., and a StorageTek Fdtn. Advice sought on donations of other artifacts being offered: None <br />D. Museum Coordinator's written report: No additional comments <br />X. Capital improvement & operational requests — Bridget and Sharon: <br />Louisville has been on a two year budget, but instead of the City adopting a <br />budget for 2021 and 2022, it will be a one year budget for 2021 and there have <br />been some reductions to the Museum's budget. A possible item for the capital <br />improvement budget is a new furnace in the Tomeo house. <br />XI. Updates on Museum and structural work — Bridget and Sharon: <br />A. Tomeo House cellar work and roof replacement have been <br />completed: Both the cellar and the roof replacement were completed. <br />B. Other structural work: There are recommendations from the Historic <br />Structure Assessments that still need to be addressed, but at this time <br />the City is only doing essential projects. <br />C. Exterior work, including painting: The painting and exterior work have <br />been put on hold until 2022. <br />XII. Chairperson's Report: <br />A.
