City Council <br />Meeting Minutes <br />November 17, 2020 <br />Page 4 of 9 <br />Councilmember Lipton asked if port -a -lets would be acceptable as restrooms for this use. <br />Director Zuccaro stated the intent is to have permanent facilities either on the site or <br />nearby for use. <br />Councilmember Lipton stated he would like an amendment to include language that <br />requires permanent and ADA accessible restrooms included in the site plan. <br />Public Comments — None. <br />Councilmember Brown moved to approve the ordinance with one amendment that <br />restrooms be permanent facilities that are ADA compliant. There were <br />no disclosures. <br />Planner Ritchie reviewed the history of the site and the Planned Unit Development (PUD) <br />proposal for the new building. The building orients to South Boulder Road but access is <br />from the parking area. The outdoor eating area is designed to keep noise and light <br />focused on the site and have minimum impacts on the neighboring properties. <br />
