Approval of Resolution No. 97, Series 2020 — A Resolution Extending <br />the Term of the Contract with Wattle and Daub Contractors for <br />Consulting Services to Relocate and Rehabilitate the Trott/Downer <br />Cabins at Miners Field <br />COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON THE <br />AGENDA <br />Mayor Stolzmann reminded everyone of the need to adhere to COVID restrictions and <br />help slow the spread of the virus. <br />CITY MANAGER'S REPORT <br />City Manager Balser asked Director Pierce to give a report on outdoor dining and <br />recovery grants. <br />Director Pierce stated that earlier today staff began removing the outdoor dining street <br />materials. By the end of tomorrow, the street will be cleaned and the new seating on the <br />patios will be installed. The hope is to have the street reopened by Friday. Additionally, <br />the Economic Vitality Committee has discussed increasing funding for the Recovery <br />
