Alan Cowan <br />appealed the Community Development Director's <br />administrative amendment. <br />5. Per Section 17.48.100 of the city code, all work on <br />building #11 was ordered stopped until the Board of <br />Adjustment could hear the appeal. <br />Decision: <br />The Board may find that the Community Development Director's <br />decision was properly issued or that it was issued in error. <br />If the Board determines that this PUD amendment is, <br />according to city code, a major amendment then the <br />administrative decision is in error and the developer will <br />have to apply for a PUD amendment through the Planning <br />Commission and City Council. <br />2 <br />-114 <br />
